Since I wasn't able to make it to Quilt Market last week in Houston, the great folks at Coats and Clark sent me some images of my Around the World quilt in their booth. It's so fun to see the quilt itself, as well as the advertising they produced with it.
Here it is hanging on the wall, next to some of Coats' adorable 200 anniversary tins. And if you look closely, you can see that there's also a little bio about me to the left.
And here are some of the photographs that were used in their fall marketing campaign that featured my quilt. Those photographs were taken by the very talented Tara Molles, a photographer in Concord, North Carolina.
Don't forget, the pattern for Around the World is available as a free download on the Coats and Clark website. Here's the direct link. This quilt is really simple to construct and is perfect for a beginner or those looking for a fast project. And I think it really makes a great visual impact, especially in these colors, but I'd also love it in other hues as well.
Thanks again, Lynn, for sharing these images with me!
