you guys rock!

Seriously. I am so honored to be part of the handmade community and I'm so grateful to all of you who are helping me spread the word about me being a finalist in the Martha Stewart American Made Audience Choice Awards. Countless friends and family members have posted the information on their facebook pages, friends have blogged about it, it's been on the facebook pages of some awesome companies that I work with (Sew4Home, Pellon, Sew Mama Sew, Coats and Clark, Riley Blake Designs) and it even made it to CraftGossip and the local Fox news affiliate today! And a special thank you to Maureen Cracknell for sharing it, and for giving me lots of support and encouragement, too.  I don't consider myself a very good marketer, but we're making the rounds for sure. It's amazing how generous some people can be when you ask for help! Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

While the winner of the competition will be chosen only in part on the number of votes he or she receives, I feel like every one counts. So, if you're up for it, please help by continuing to vote once a day, every day, through September 24. And tell your friends, too! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Just voted for you. Wondered if you have a flickr group - one of my last quilts was your you+me pattern... Good luck!
