sneak peek of my Pear Tree quilt

Do you remember the happy mail that my friend Thomas sent me a while back? I finally finished my project with his beautiful line of fabrics called Pear Tree, which will be available soon, and here's a sneak peek.

I used the Blush colorway of Pear Tree and the pinks and creams are really beautiful. And I love the pops of chocolate brown and sage green.

I'm finishing up writing the pattern this weekend, and it should be available as a pdf to purchase next week. It's a simple quilt that goes together really quickly, and I think it would make a great gift for a baby or child. But it's also large enough to be used as a throw quilt.

And can I just tell you that this little guy made my little photo shoot very difficult? Good thing he's pretty cute, because he's sure a trouble maker.

Pear Tree by Thomas Knauer for Andover should be hitting your local fabric store this month!

Lovely! And that little guy, in my opinion, added to the photo shoot!

Let a critter roam through a photography session and in my book you'll always end up with great shots. I have 5 cats and I can't do anything without ALL of them trying to get in the works! I love where your little guy is poking his head out from under the quilt. Now for the quilt itself....and all I can say is yummmmmy!! Thanks for sharing.

Very cheery quilt! And the cat clearly thinks so, too!
