sneak peek of my Pear Tree quilt



Do you remember the happy mail that my friend Thomas sent me a while back? I finally finished my project with his beautiful line of fabrics called Pear Tree, which will be available soon, and here's a sneak peek.




I used the Blush colorway of Pear Tree and the pinks and creams are really beautiful. And I love the pops of chocolate brown and sage green.




I'm finishing up writing the pattern this weekend, and it should be available as a pdf to purchase next week. It's a simple quilt that goes together really quickly, and I think it would make a great gift for a baby or child. But it's also large enough to be used as a throw quilt.




And can I just tell you that this little guy made my little photo shoot very difficult? Good thing he's pretty cute, because he's sure a trouble maker.

Let a critter roam through a photography session and in my book you'll always end up with great shots. I have 5 cats and I can't do anything without ALL of them trying to get in the works! I love where your little guy is poking his head out from under the quilt. Now for the quilt itself....and all I can say is yummmmmy!! Thanks for sharing.
