A couple of weeks ago I made another version of my Yield quilt, using both patterned fabrics and solid cotton, instead of all solids. This new version is a smaller size than the original, measuring 45" x 48". I also took advantage of the recent snow storm and took some pictures of it in front of our neighbor's barn. Here's the result:

And guess what?! I finally finished the pattern for it and it is now available as a pdf for sale in my etsy shop.
It's really amazing to me how different the quilt looks just by using different fabrics. In this version I used Kona Cotton in Snow, Amy Butler's Disco Flower in Chocolate and Laurel Dots in Cherry from her new Soul Blossoms line, and a bit of Moda Bella in Aqua. Here's my original version, which I made completely out of Moda Bella solids.

I looks great Heather! If I weren't starting two with a 3rd in line behind those I'd definitely buy the pattern. Very cute!
This color combo is so pretty together--awesome quilt!!
Raising a virtual glass of champagne to you! Congratulations on your pattern. May it be the first of many... : )
